Terms and Conditions for Virtual Veterinary Service
The virtual veterinary service is an extension of veterinary practice, intended to provide general guidance and advice regarding the care and well-being of your pet. This service is recommended for informational, follow-up, or routine consultations.
This service does not replace in-person veterinary consultations, which are essential for conducting a complete physical examination and providing an accurate diagnosis.
In the case of an emergency or urgent situation, you should immediately visit a trusted physical veterinary clinic. The virtual service does not handle emergencies or urgent cases.
During the virtual session, you will always be assisted by a licensed veterinary professional.
The consultation is conducted via video call using platforms such as Google Meet or, if necessary, WhatsApp. We will contact you using the phone number or email you provided when booking your appointment.
Each virtual session is intended for the attention of one single pet.
No formal clinical diagnoses or prescriptions (medications) are provided during this service. The information given is for informational and educational purposes only and does not replace an in-person evaluation.
If you do not connect within 7 minutes after the scheduled appointment time, it will be considered a missed appointment and you will not be entitled to a refund. Please refer to the cancellation and rescheduling policy below.
Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a link to schedule the appointment and the connection link for the video call.
If during the session it is determined that an in-person visit is necessary, you will be advised to take your pet to a trusted veterinary clinic of your choice.
You understand and agree that virtual guidance does not replace an in-person veterinary consultation, and that a physical examination or additional tests may be needed to properly assess and care for your pet.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
You may cancel or reschedule your virtual appointment without penalty as long as you do so at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made exclusively via WhatsApp, using the official contact number provided on our website.
Requests received with less than 24 hours' notice or if you fail to join within 7 minutes of the scheduled time will be considered a missed appointment and are not eligible for a refund.
If you are unable to attend due to force majeure, you may provide justification and we will evaluate the possibility of rescheduling.
If the appointment is canceled by the service provider (veterinarian), you will be notified as soon as possible and offered the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.
Privacy Notice
Your personal information (such as name, contact information, pet details, and any other data you provide) will be used exclusively for the purpose of managing and providing the virtual veterinary guidance service.
Your data will be handled with strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable data protection laws in your country.
Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to third parties except where strictly necessary to comply with legal obligations or where you have explicitly authorized it.
Communication and service via WhatsApp involve the processing of your data on that platform. By using this channel, you accept WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
You have the right to access, update, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, please contact us via the official channels listed on our website.
